Hypoport German House Price Index (HPX) for September 2006

The seasonal downturn in German house prices has started earlier this year and October data indicate that no improvement is likely in the short term, the Hypoport German House Price Index (HPX) shows. Residential property prices turned lower across the board in both August and September so that by end-September they were down 3.2% from a year ago.
